I arrived early on the morning of the big day in Loughrea Co. Galway. I have to say her house was full of life. The Hair and makeup was near completion so Orlaith was always going to be on time thanks to Ailish’s hair salon and the fantastic makeup artist Audrey O Connor. There was lots of fun and laughter in the house that morning so there was no shortage of wedding moments to capture and of course a nice cup of tea was waiting for me when I arrived. I was working alongside Lisa Hynes photography for the day who is always a pleasure to work with. The featured images on this blog were taken by Lisa.

I had a great morning with Orlaith and the girls with lots of moments to capture. We got some lovely footage in the garden with lots of laughter and even captured some skills of a potential future Galway County hurler.

After a very energetic fun morning it was time to meet James and the lads at the church. Orlaith arrived shortly after us with a big smile on her face and the girls made their entrance in a really cool VW camper van supplied by Costello wedding car hire.

The music was fantastic throughout the day with the wedding church music by the Lohan sisters and the wedding band ‘Oddity‘. I always meet Carina and the band when I’m shooting wedding videos in Galway and they are always great.

I’ll let our cinematic wedding film tell the rest of the story as I don’t want to give too much away.
