Wedding Moments are very pleased to showcase our latest Same Day Edit which was shown on the big screen in the Sligo Park Hotel last Saturday night. When the bride and groom sat for the meal along with family and friends, we got busy!
We created and handcrafted a beautiful summary of the day mixed with laughter and emotion and played it on the hotel projector before the first dance.
It’s always a challenge to produce a wedding video like this in such a short space of time, especially in a busy hotel bar but very rewarding when you look at Brian and Amy’s reaction along with their family and friends. It also provides a great alternative to any other form of wedding entertainment available. We are very proud to say that we are one of the very few wedding videographers offering this service in Ireland. I arrived to Amy’s house early Saturday morning but the child of Prague didn’t seem to be working its gift of keeping the rain away. Nothing unusual this time of year. Good old Irish weather!
You know you’re in the heart of the country when looking for a house called ‘Mile Bush’ with directions that say “The house opposite the field with the dinosaur”.
When I arrived, I was greeted by a herd of cattle out on the road just outside Amy’s house. They broke down the gate and I can’t say I’m surprised with them sharing the same field as the dinosaur! This brought a smile to my face as I unloaded the car. A good start to the morning!
Church of the Sacred Heart and St. Joseph in the parish of Kilronan is a church where I shoot weddings quite a bit. Fr. Pat is one of the funniest priests in Ireland! For anyone who has had the privilege of attending a wedding there you will know how much laughter and smiles he brings to an already fantastic and happy day. You can’t help but feel you are at a stand-up comedy gig!
Both Amy and Brian didn’t stop smiling and laughing the entire day and this is a wedding video I really enjoyed capturing.
Shooting from the beautiful mountain back drop at Coolaney Co. Sligo, our famous local Tobernalt Holy Well and The stunning Aisle of Innisfree, this was truly a day to be remembered.
