Helena & Philip Wedding Preview

Helena & Philip’s Wedding, Sligo Park Hotel & The Holy Well, Sligo. 

Spring is officially here and we definitely have a spring in our step to get stuck into a busy wedding season. We officially have restriction free weddings and it feels so good to be back shooting weddings with live music galore and dancing til the wee hours! 

Helena & Philip’s big day kicked off with the most glorious sunshine bursting through the windows gearing us up for the most fabulous day to come! 

Helena describes herself as horizontal as she is that laid back and that is my kinda bride! The morning prep started with a totally chilled out bridal party sipping on tea and it quickly revved up to the champers been popped and the bubbles flowing! 

The day was filled with lovely personal touches including the very talented family friend Nicole Filan who sang Christina Perri’s classic ‘A thousand years’ as Helena walked up the aisle.

Then the fabulous, multi-talented Nicola Maguire celebrated the ceremony. She then serenaded Helena & Philip with a beautiful song throughout and sang with the amazing Cosmonaut’s wedding band that night…I told you multi-talented! 

Once the I do’s were said Helena & Philips guests headed out to the sunshine on the fabulous terrace of the Sligo Park Hotel to enjoy some well earned drinks and nibbles! 

We headed off to the Holy Well with the bridal party and as always the lighting there never disappoints!

Once the dinner was over it was time to get the dancing shoes on or in most cases a comfy pair of flip flops for the ladies!
